I'm looking for a hole cap/plug on a hinge.

Is there any off-the-shelf item I can buy that is essentially a small cap/plug on a hinge to plug a hole? I'm thinking of something like a beach ball nozzle. It has a plastic hinged cap that can be opened/closed as needed to inflate/deflate the ball. Here is a crude drawing of what I want The closest that I've found so far is this screw cap (see bottom photo). That would be useable, but in order to install it, you would plug the hole with a screw or bolt. I suppose I could glue that part on instead, but I thought I'd come here fisrt to see if anyone had any better ideas.

It doesn't have to be a hinge, it could be a standard plug on a string. The hinge/string could attach in many ways and I don't really care at this point. It could be glued on, sewed on, bolted on, melted on, etc.

The hole would be roughly 1/8" to 1/4" diameter. But the size isn't determined yet.

Thanks. The real quesiton is how to attach the duck to the part. I'll have to think about it. The other snap plug is a great idea, but a bit large. I edited in a hole size above. About 1/8" to 1/4", drilled to match the size of the cap/plug.
