Good luck finding it. It seems that whenever mobo manufacturers make mATX versions of their popular boards, the overclocking stuff falls by the wayside. Why? Because most serious overclockers aren't going to be using a mATX board. Micro ATX boards are usually used by OEMs to cut costs. They're not directed at the hobbyists. Perhaps there are some out there, but I haven't seen any.
I don't know the details of their specs, but I know Asus has microATX mobos. Being Asus they probably have AMR, but you probably can't be too picky, either.
