Is there a freebie out there that will convert most movie types to .flv? I'm wanting to convert my personal site into all flash movies.

I use Super ©. It converts anything I throw at it.

Be warned, it's a slow download.

I've also seen WinFF, recommended at CDFreaks, it's a front end for FFMPEG (command line converter). You might try that.
