Assuming you legally own it, just download the img and use your key.

You can always download their 60-day trial and use a trial key if you don't own it, assuming you only need access to the form for 60 days or less.

Excel has Invoice templates.

You should be able to get a free Excel reader off of the web or use OpenOffice/equivalent
