I'm looking for a Digital Multi-Meter

I've found two that i like.....

This one from Parts Express

and then

This one from MCM

I'm leaning towards the former because of its ability to check inductance, and the fact it can measure up to 10A, whereas the latter is 2Amp. Anybody have any experience with these, and suggestions?

Those do look nice, but they're about $400 i was looking to spend about $100

There's a thread in Hot Deals about a Craftsman digital multimeter that is supposedly a rebadged Fluke multimeter. Which would make sense, because I believe Danaher (the company that owns Fluke) also makes some Craftsman tools.

(I know nothing about digital multimeters, so I don't know if that one will do what you want 🙂)

Ah. The only other thing I could suggest is one from Radioshack. I've got one and while it's not as well-built as something like a Fluke, I've been using it for ~5 years now and it still works fine.

It depends on your application. But if you can get extra features for the same price, then go for it. You'll have to watch out for the meter's resolution. Some may not be able to measure really low values.
