I bet you can run GTR with the settings turned down while running laps by yourself on the track.
Most realistic track simulator ever made.
Or you can play richard burns rally. That should also run on your system. Most realistic rally simulator ever made, if not racing game altogether.

Raven Shield on a Geforce2..it would probably run, but I doubt it would be happy with it..

sim city 3000 ... it can run on a 4mb vid card and its soooo much fun

command and conquer red alert 2 ... awesome multiplayer

aliens vs predators 2 ... wow so scary

age of empires 2 ... so much strategy goodness
