I'm looking at new tires for my Volvo...

BFGoodrich Traction T/A:They are rated to about 60,000 although a lot of reviewers say that they wear too quickly. Being as I don't have a huge income I would like the tire to live up to the warranty.

Bridgestone Potenza G009:These are the tires I am most likely going to buy. It's UQTG rating isn't bad at all and it is somewhat inexpensive.

Weather: I live in Minnesota, I can't afford two sets of tires and winter is coming up. So I need good all-season tires.
How hard do I drive: Not hard at all. I'm a fairly lienent to average driver. My car usually never goes over 2700RPM.
Performance or ride: A combination of both although I am willing to make sacrifices in the ride area.

Does anyone have these tires and can you comment on them?

Thanks!

Need more info.

how was the weather in your area
how hard you drive your car
Are you looking for performance or comf ride

I just put Khumo Ecsta's on my Volvo. A bunch of the guys over at VS use them too. Unfortunately winter is pretty harsh where you live, so you need real tough snow tires. That means that for the rest of the year, you're gonna be screwed.

What model do you have anyway?

Wouldn't recommend Pirellis. They tend to do poorly in the winter.

I was considering those same two tires as well as the continental extreme contact. I ended up going with the contis because they seemed like the best bang for the buck.

I bought the G009. Very nice ride and quiet. Took me a while to get used to the handling though, so you might want to be less aggressive until the tires are broken in. Does bridgestone still have the mail-in rebate?
