Anyone know of any software to combine chat logs from MSNM and other regular text files?

I want all these log files (between the same two people, me and someone else) in one big chronologically correct log file with consistent formatting. All of these conversations were going on during the same period of time, so just merging them all wouldn't do the trick.

I have some gaim/pidgin log files, which have a .txt log file for each conversation that is opened.

I have some trillian log files, which have one big log file per trillian install.

I have some MSNM log files, which are .xml and use MS's proprietary formatting.

I know this is one hell of a project, but anything you all can suggest would be great.
