As much as I hate R. Kelly, and as much as I hope he gets what's coming to him for what he did, you're sort of distorting what he did. A pedophile is someone who has sex with girls who have not yet achieved puberty, or "little girls" as you put them. R Kelly had (as far as I know) consentual sex with a 14-year old girl. As wrong as that is, it's not the same as raping a child who had no idea what she was doing or what was happening.
