when i meant it isnt as hard i meant the one on one physical abuse from a drill instructor and overall the bootcamp that someone experienced in the 60s-70s is alot differnt that now.Its obviously gonna be the hardest time of my life i didnt mean in anyway it was going to be easy.Ive been exercising for months now but when i had to get minor eye surgery it made me fall back on one solid month of anykind of physicall work. The one thing that has held me back my whole life has been my computer,it ruined my eyes, arms, wrists, back, neck, and mind no normal human being should have to be exposed to so much sexual content but thats the web for you

Don't be too scared. Joining the marines is a big decision in a life that will be full of big decisions. Some go to college and get to learn and forget a lot of stuff and get a piece of paper, others live with their parents and day dream, others get jobs and responsibilities and grind it out every day, and others join the military and can take pride in their service for the rest of their lives.

I went through marines bootcamp two years ago and it was, bar-none, the worst time of my life. 9 months of nothing but back breaking BS. I was exceptionally fit going in and they broke me the first day. Half the people in my regiment quit and the other half went on to be waste engineers for the city. Of the third half who actually made it through they went to 'nam and ended up dying by the V-cong from mustard gas and taxadermy. I Hope your luck is better than mine!

Sorry, man. Just trying to bust your balls for a little last-minute "OMG" stress before you ship out :) I was never in the military!
