I'm leaving the forums, here's why.

1. Too many misinformed idiots
2. Too much "um r u rite?!??!?1!! hurrr lollercoaster"
3. Not enough people who actually know technical information, this board in essence, is a forum for idiots and a couple informed people who are too nice.

In short, i'm sick of this place. I'm off to the xtremesystems boards, where the average posting age seems to be above thirteen.

At least you could quote his next sentence, where he says the heat is negligible, before calling him dumbass (talk about misinforming... :disgust: )

On the contrary, from what I've seen, there are more informed people than not. I would say that almost all of the regulars are smart, and frm the looks of it, smarter than you. You ranted about the "dumbass" that claimed that it was stupid to put lights on fans because they generated heat. It seems that you lacked enough common sense to quote the correction that said the heat was negligable. Go join those other forums, I'm sure that you won't be missed among the 130,000 members of the AT forum.
 
The regulars here are very sharp. There are some in the Networking Forum who are extremely good.

You will find some of what you are talking about on any forum on the net, but overall the users here are some of the best I have ever ran into on the net or even in person. The VERY FEW times I have ever had a problem that I could not solve, I came here and it was solved.

It's the internet, what did you expect? For a lot of people, it's the only chance they ever have at being an alpha male, so they make the most of it.

I try to give as much Light on the subject as I can without any Heat (cept my Heatware😉)
