What should I do while I'm down there for a week?

I haven't booked any tickets to anything except the hotel. I'm staying about 3 miles from the Disney parks. My wife and I have both been to Magic Kingdom and Epcot before. I haven't been to Universal Studios, MGM, or the Animal Kingdom. We're not really going to ride a lot of action/water rides...but wouldn't mind one day of that.

We're both certified SCUBA divers and have snorkel equipment. What options are there closeby for that sort of thing?

Are there any other "must-see" attractions or restaurants we should check out?

Thanks!

I thought the Kennedy Space Center tour was very interesting. I will say though, if you aren't interested in that sort of thing it would probably be very boring.

I did that a few years ago when I was staying in Cocoa Beach. I doubt we'll hit the coast this trip. We'll probably just stick to Orlando.

Go on an airboat ride, and check out the world's largest Mcdonalds with the bistro menu.

I'd suggest going to Seaworld if you want to relax.

Medieval Times and Arabian Knights are cool dinner shows.

I'm in a timeshare network. I'm staying at a place called Silver Lake Resort. $99 for the week.

The state park looks cool. I may try to rent some scuba gear before I leave and do a 1 tank dive.

As for the chicks....Mrs. Scarpozzi will be with me, so I'll be covered in that department. ;)
