nice title

Probably the Epox 8K7A....though I like my K7 Master alot, and the Epox doesn't have D-LED. And the K7 Master has some nice big caps. I gotta believe those are good for a clean power supply to the CPU.

But the Epox is like 2/3s the price, and I've heard nothing but good about it.

Though that's just to go with my Athlon.

Overall favourite board would likely be an Tyan Tiger 100 RevF over all, just becuase the BX ruled so much :)

Why would you want D-LED when you have 2 7-segment LED's for diag. on the Epox?

BTW, My vote is for EpoX 8K7A :)

Ive had a lot of good luck with most boards ive had, about the only brand I avoid is Tyan. Out of the following

Abit:
BH-6
BP-6
BM-6
BF-6
VP-6
KT-7R

Asus:
P2L97
A7M266

Giga-Byte:
71-X
71-DXR

MSI:
6337 (815EP Pro)

Tyan:
Trinity 400

Id have to say I am pretty pleased with the performance of all the boards except for the Tyan. i had a lot of problems with that board.

Call me stupid or whatever, I find those LEDs easier to read and understand.

I overall have had very good luck with both Asus and MSI. I have never had a bad MSI or Asus with all the systems I have built for others and myself. Had very bad luck with FIC boards overall.

I was an Asus fan too, last one was an A7V, but I've seen too many problems lately with the A7V and A7V133 with high end TBirds. We seem to see alot of problems with 1.2ghz and beyond 'Birds on those boards.

I'm now running an Abit KT7A, happily at 141mhz bus, and haven't had a problem one.
