Close. Babysitting the WAN. When the network works, I dont. Ironically enough, management would use this as an excuse to get rid of people, not realizing they DONT want us to be working. When we're working, something ISNT. But to the bean counters, if we're not working its a waste of personnel, when in fact we're here for the occasional "Oh shyte..." situations. Which we DONT want to happen.
