I'm just a bill

That was entertaining. I'm pretty sure SNL has spoofed that same SHR song before, but I don't specifically remember the other spoofs.

I'd be fine with Congress doing nothing if previous iterations didn't fuck things up from one side to the other. There's still a lot to be said for them doing nothing. Doing something is always a gamble, and I don't even give them a 50% chance of doing it right. With odds less than a coin toss, it's usually better to just stick the quarter back in your pocket...

Ya, Obama's the bad guy, with Bush's 'unitary presidency', hundreds of signing statements that he just wouldn't follow laws he didn't want to, all kinds of abuses of power, things like picking people for Justice who would write outrageous opinions letting him get away with murder literally and figuratively, a global system of torture, etc.

Yea, Obama is the bad guy. Bush isn't president, and he's absolutely irrelevant to what's happening in the White House today. Ulysses Grant was a fuckup also, but that doesn't excuse the fuckups that came after him.

So what you're saying is they're both the same shit?

No, but lying about Obama - claiming his actions are illegal when they're not - is made worse by the hypocrisy of not fighting the last guy who WAS.

I agree with the sentiment, but this is OT and nobody cares except P&Ners who really should keep it in P&N.

Obama is the absolutely the worst president of the 21st century and certainly among the worst leaders in history.

He was inexperienced, nothing but rhetoric and was only voted in because he was African American. It was the 'feel good' vote and he has failed miserably. His departments run amok (IRS, VA, Nasa, NSA, etc) and his admin is/was full of incompetents (like Hillary and the Bengahzi incident, Holder and you name it).

It was a bad choice and I voted against him twice.

No, you're nuts. Obama is the best president since at least Carter.

You can't back up your craziness with anything - you posted a few words that don't begin to do it.

Take your first one - 'inexperienced'. Ya, how 'experienced' was Bush 43? Or Carter for that matter? Bush had a scandalous history, was a bad symbolic governor (Texas has the weakest governor out of 50 states) for a few years, and then was 'appointed' because of his father and he appointed all kinds of horrible people to do bad things. You have never admitted any of that, have you.

So, you voted for *Palin*. You voted for the plutocrat Romney. You have admitted you are an incredibly terrible voter. (A vote for anyone but Obama was a vote for them).

Your worst examples of Obama appointments are Hillary because Benghazi, and Holder because of you don't say.

Hillary did fine as Secretary of State - Benghazi could happen to anyone, the administration asked for more funds for embassy protection the year before and Republicans said no.

There were 60 embassy attacks in recent years. I'm assuming you can point me to your posts criticizing, say, Reagan sending Marines to Lebanon and not protecting them?

Where not four, but 250 were blown up? Where Reagan said we CANNOT LEAVE or TERRORISM WILL WIN, a few weeks before he withdrew all forces.

But we can compare Hillary to her predecessors - Condoleeza "mushroom cloud" Rice, or Colin "put his credibility on the line there are WMD" Powell.

Holder has been a very good AG, outside of a lack of Wall Street and Bush administration prosecutions (which Obama can also be blamed for).

We could compare him to his predecessor - Henry "Bush's personal lawyer" Gonzales, who covered up Bush's drunk driving conviction for the election, and was appointed because he would sign anything for Bush - torture authorization, allowing the Justice Department to be turned into a politically corrupt department who could be demanded to file false charges against Democrats in elections - where all applicants had to pass illegal interviews asking things like whether who they had supported and donated to in elections - no problem.

The United States had its ruined reputation improved around the world, the economy has greatly recovered from the mess Republicans left him, he's done a lot better on justice.

Let's see you respond with any facts to this:

You can't, because people with your views base them on irrational hatred and you just parrot a few propaganda points you are fed.

I agree with the sentiment, but this is OT and nobody cares except P&Ners who really should keep it in P&N.

You're right, but I just respond when I see this sort of thing, rather than leave only the one (wrong) side there. All of it can be deleted if they want.

Stop. Eating. Bait. You don't actually have to eat it just because you can see it. People on the internet will continue to be wrong long after you're dead and forgotten, accept it.

Yeah and Obama certainly ended abuses and held those who did torture accountable. Wait, no he didn't, he let them get away with murder.
