don't trust the roommate, eh?

i dont have a roomate.

Hmm looking for a safe, no roomate and username is "IcebergSlim" (Jay-Z's old moniker when he was slangin' crack to the youths of the Marcy projects)...

In that case, I'd reccomend the Sentry Safe DS0200. Check it out here:

If you only need room for a few kilos, then try the V230

 icebergslim was a notorious pimp get your facts straight.

I know its hard to believe someone would want to protect things like birth certificates, passports, pistols, etc

In any case those look perfect. Thank you.

If you're serious about protecting documents, a safe like that won't help you in a fire. For the money you'd spend on a good safe you can get a safe deposit box in a bank for several years.

how do I find out about that?

Go to a bank and say "tell me about your safe deposit boxes"

and then add "ADD GIMME ALL YO' MONEY FOO!"
