I want to start taking onboard video on my truck, but mostly in light on my Hobbyzone Super Cub plane, but I dont want to spend much on it incase it should fall or end up in a crash and break.

It doesnt have to have stellar sound or even picture, Im not shooting for any awards or anything, but would like it to be in the $25-$50 range.

Ebay has some, in a stick like for around $35 shipped from hong Kong, my only problem I have with it is I would like it to have the camera if I could at the tip of the end so I can lay it down and shoot, not having it standing up and shoot video.

I know Im asking much :p, but I just must not be wording it right in google for I cant seem to get results Im looking for.

I cant really use the wireless ones that transmit a signal. I have one now, and for me to haul a tv, and vcr where ever I go is not practical, and I plan on going pretty high up in the air so I am going to lose signal anyway, so it having a SD slot is a must. If it only takes 30 minute videos at a time, thats fine I can bring a laptop with me to dl the video right after a run.

But Im just thinking if there is this out there for $30 shipped, then there has to be one with the lens at the end of the device as I need for around the same price somewhere that I can lay down flat and tape to the body of a car or roof of my plane.

So anyone feel up to trying to find one in my range?

I got me this one :)

Could you post a sample video when you get the pen? I've been looking at those for awhile, but I'm worried the video quality will be even worse than what I can take on my cell phone.
