Personally, I don't care much for Simi Valley, but it does put you within driving distance of some nice places to fuck off...depending on how long you're gonna be there. Go hit all the usual tourist places.

I moved out to SD for a job, got laid off yesterday, moving back to New York in a couple of weeks. Have a month to month lease, not even going to bother looking for a job out here.

I think with Cali you either love it or you don't. I hope it's the former for you.

I'm in Rancho Palos Verdes until next Tuesday...just spent my afternoon on Hermosa Beach.

However, I'm here with family, visiting relatives, so the fun-factor is drastically diminished.
