He never denied it, and thus never lied about it. He openly admitted it, and said he was going to get help. Is he hypocritical, yes. Is he wrong, yes. Should he accept the consequences for his actions, yes. But he did NOT lie about it, and he has kept his integrity throughout this ordeal so far. He also said that there are inaccuracies in what the media is reporting, and that when he is allowed to do so, he will clear it up. As he has not lied yet, I am inclined to believe him. But I'm a conservative, right

I'm for neither parties, therefore my opinion is unbiased.

There's more i have to say about this asshole

first of all - he's covered his actions with a veil of ideology

he praises the lord - and at the same time leads a life which - as far as i'm concerned is not acceptable

by the Christianity i grew up with.

Christianity doesn't accept arrogance - and doesn't tolerate hypocrisy

he's a psuedo-intellectual - and we couldn't even begin to draw parellels with some of the people he would disagree with (such as Edward Said - RIP).

I'm not that conservative on the political spectrum. I'm probably very moderate. But I can't stand it when liberals think they're always right and conservatives are always wrong and vice-versa. Politically, being "liberal" isn't simply not being closed-minded. One can be open-minded.. but simply decide that traditional views may be better than other options.

Davis was pretty much a republican anyway. He deregulated the electric/gas companies (republican type policy) . He put us in a deficit (as did bush). They both fvcked up bad.
