Can anyone help me? I have 2 WD 80 GB drives. They are recognized in the VIA RAID setup program in the startup sequence. I can actually make an array there. But the BIOS setup doesn't pick it up. And when I try to install WinXP, it doesn't pick it up either. I have the option to install mass media (RAID) drivers in Windows setup, but it looks for them on a floppy (which I don't have).

How do I set it up?

I got a 3rd drive from a friend, hoping I can install XP on this. Then install the RAID driver from the ASUS CD, and then install XP on the RAID drives.

yea if u dont want to boot off the raid drive then i think u will be ok without a floppy drive. u can do it all from windows like u said. but u really would want windows on the raid-0 drive if you could, for speedy booting!

The ASUS CD should have a makedisc utility buried there somewhere, I believe the manual tells you where it is. It will make a floppy for you with the correct drivers. At the first OS install screen, down at the bottom, it tells you to press F6 if you have RAID. If you follow the directions, XP will continue to load.
