there is a girl on the shuttle I take everyday that seems to have this problem...she will be sitting next to a girl talking, but talking loud enough so the whole shuttle can here...annoys me when im fading in and out of sleep on the other side of the shuttle...

that is all
 
There was someone like that in my lecture last quarter... his voice was so loud that EVERYONE in the lecture hall would stop, turn around, and just be in shock that it was his normal voice.

He could wake the dead with a normal conversation.

Or you could also try taking a megaphone in your bag and mid sentance, right against her ear yell "SHUT....UP!" then casually put it away, smile and sit there amused at yourself why she sits there stunned.
