I'm having memory issues (I think)!

This is what i got:

I ran both sticks at the same time through memtest86 w/ nothing
I ran one stick in the first slot and nothing, rebooted windows and was ok.
I ran the other stick through and no error so I rebooted windows and then BSoD. I am now in the process of testing this stick in the 3rd slot.
Does anyone have any ideas?

P.S. When I run memtest, it says the timings for my memory is 2.5-3-3-5. I thought stock on these things was 2-3-2-5?

I have the same RAM and they run terrific.
What's happening when you run them on your computer?
If quirky things happen, don't waste your time, RMA them.

With that mobo, try running them in slots 3 & 4 and then run memtest.

If I run them in slots 3 & 4, then they won't be running in dual channel mode will they?

You have either slots 1 & 3 or 2 & 4 to use with that RAM. My OCZ are in my 1 & 3 slots.
