I'm Having A Problem With HeatWare

I posted an eval for a guy on heatware, and ran into a problem. I clicked on positive eval, but when it came up, it was listed as a nutral. Needless to say, the guy is unhappy about this.

I have sent two e-mails to support (at) heatware.com, but nothing has happened.

Does anyone know how I can get this fixed? The guy really deserves a positive, the deal went flawlessly and the item and price were great.

TIA for any help or advice.
 
give it time, they are pretty overworked these days. Make sure he mentions that in his response, and then allow potential traders to contact you to confirm the mishap.

He's not being unreasonable, he's actually only asked me (politly) a couple of times if I am going to take care of it. He's a new trader, just starting out, and I'm afraid he's going to give up on Heatware as a referance so early in the game because of a less than positive eval.

I just sent my third e-mail to Heatware Support.
