im having a friend come over to play ndf most wanted i was wonderin how to connect his pc and mine via NIC, and set them up to play

what should i do?

this is a big noob question
ha ha

ok you either need a crossover cable which connects to comp to comp

or both comps to router using regular cat5

If you have a 4 port router, jsut plug them into a port.

If you don't, go buy one. They are cheap now ($35)

Or a hub or anything. Just get them touching each other with CatV. 😉
