i'm going to vegas for the first time on tuesday, i've only been to a casino once and that was all the way up in Fresno at one of those Indian Reservation and i lost like 40 bucks in blackjack. I played poker and blackjack with some of my friends and I was good, then i lost it all

Danny, I did the same thing about a year ago. I had experience going to casinos, but wanted to brush up on my skills, plus learn craps. If you do a Google search with terms like "blackjack tutorial", you won't have any problem at all finding places to practice. IIRC, there are also many Flash/Shockwave programs that you can download as well.

P.S. Make sure you buy (or download and print) one of those little strategy cards for blackjack. MEMORIZE IT. If you play perfect basic strategy, the house odds are extremely low.
