I like uni, hamachi, maguro, albacore and salmon (smoked or fresh) the most. Nigiri sushi or some type of spicy roll is good. I like plain sashimi too. Yummy! Uni is my favorite. The specialty rolls are good but not for every time. Maybe once in a while but too much and it will certainly contribute to the waist line.

Edit-Roe is also tasty but I don't order this very often...kind of fishy.

bbq eel sashimi ftw. mmm...

and someone once paid me $20 to eat a thimble sized piece of wasabi in one bite. I don't think it was worth it.
