the weather stations in my area because they said that we were going to get 2-4 inches and we got 6-8 inches instead!!! I had to brush the snow off my stairs just now and my back hurts!! That should account for about $10,000!!! 😀

I think he is trying to embody our culture in his statement. It's like the "I ate fastfood and got fat so now I am gonna sue" guy. Some people will blame everything on someone else.

I was actually just reading something on weather forcasting. What they do is take the current temp and wind conditions, plug them into a computer that gives them an estimated guess on what will happen. Its the meteorologist's-sp job to "guess" the temp range and amount of snow/rain/sleet/frozen donkies that will fall. So it really is just a guessing game, even with all these fancy gadgets they have.
