I'm going to Loudon, TN

I have an internship in Loudon, Tennessee this summer. Does anyone know waht the area is like?

I was drunk when I wrote it so what do you expect?

I am a graduate student in paper science and I will be interning at the Kimberly Clark mill there. I'm just hoping it won't be very hickish.

Loudon is about 20 minutes southwest of Knoxville. Just down 75.

There isn't much to do in Loudon, per se, but there is plenty of stuff in Knoxville. Free concerts on Thursday in downtown Knoxville, and plenty of bars and what have you. University of Tennessee is in Knoxville, and it has a fine selection of good looking women. Blue Cats, in downtown knoxville, has a pretty good concert calendar generally. Might be able to catch some bands.

I know there are some golf courses in Loudon.

I have been to Loudon. It is not far from Knoxville, which is a very nice city. There's not much to do in Loudon itself, so you'll probably be commuting in to Knoxville often.

Loudon itself is quite small, and not very impressive. The scenery is beautiful when you can see it thru the kudzu.

It is quite hot and humid in the summertime in that part of Tennessee, so I hope you have air conditioning.
