Actually there is a guy that does pretty much the same thing in downtown Chicago. No banners, but he does have a Karaoke machine that he uses as a loudspeaker. He's actually pretty amusing...

"You can't go to heaven bein' no homosexual, God does not like gay people"

It's pretty darn funny.

Anyways, everyday that I saw him I would go up and ask him for a cigarette.. he would just turn beet red and start screamin about cigarettes again.
