I'm getting some IBM Thinkpad shells for free

The IT dept. at my school got a donation of a bunch of IBM 600s. While weeding out the bad ones and condensing the working components into machines, they are ending up with some shells. This includes the motherboard and CPU, as it requires too much labor to remove and they don't need them. Some other components hit the trash, like modems and plastic pieces. Through these avenues and some eBay, I've almost got a free laptop; just need a screen now.

Well, my question is this- I've got three of these shells- that is the case, motherboard, and CPU. What can I do with them? Will they fetch good money on eBay?

If they've got VGA, DVI or S-Video out, I'd pay for one. I believe the 600's are 66mhz FSB Pentium 2's, usually around 3-400 mhz. You can expect maybe 60$ for a working laptop minus screen, and roughly half that for the motherboard, processor and plastics. (Do'nt quote me on this.)

VGA-out. I think they're 333mhz machines, not sure.
