Use afren nose spray to clear your nose and take dayquil caplets. Youll be alriht! And if that doesnt work try some windex! 🙂

I hardly ever get sick. The last time I can remember was when I got food poisoning and threw up 9 times in one night 😱

SAme here..the last time I remember being REALLY sick was when I was in Cali last summer and either I had food poisoning or sun poisoning from riding in a car from LA all the way to San Jose. I threw up twice on the way up, and for 2 days straight I couldn't keep anything down. I also had a really bad fever. It was pretty bad. My sister was just about ready to take me to the hospital..but my uncle told her to just let me be for a while. He's lucky I ended up ok.

Im beyond sick also, today is probably the worst day of my life. I havent slept but 4 hours in 4 days. When it rains it pours, not much else can go wrong.

It's 70 degrees outside and I'm fully congested with a sore throat. Most of the over-the-counter medications I can't take because I'm on blood pressure medication. However, I do take Cortisin HBP - which does help somewhat. Even though I'm feeling all nasty, my body temp is still only 97.0 degrees. :Q

Shouldn't it be higher than that?

Any of you every use Zicam when a cold starts? I used it for the first time a couple of weeks ago and it actually worked. It's a helluva lot better than zinc tablets (no nasty metallic taste and the spray is more effective). Too bad the spray doesn't work on allergies 🙁 There is nothing worse than being sick when the weather is so nice outside.

Yes, it should. I feel that I'm suffering from thyroid issues because my body temperature isn't regulated around 98.6, but sits down in the mid-97 range. I'll get the test results back on Monday and then set up my appointment with an Endo doctor.

Pics.

J/K. 😀

Been relatively healthy lately, eat right, plenty of rest, vitamin suppliments, it's all good.
