I'm getting screwed by nextel!

Damnit, I just ordered a new phone from amazon. com. by the time it comes their rate plans have changed.

I wanted to get their 10000 minute package but they no longer offer it :|
all their current palns suck!! I need 1000 anytime minutes, some direct connect, and long distance included.

this pisses me off!

you don't order the plan when you order the phone through amazon, you call up and do th eplan after you get the phone.


guyver01: that's the one I might have to get but I don't want to pay that much. they had a similar plan for about $50 a week ago.

That was the same thing that I thought with Tmobile. When I got the phone, all I had to do was put in the sim, and the info on the phone had already been activated... I got to keep the plan that was available WHEN I ordered the phone.

I have had decent luck with Nextel CSR's (unlike some people here...maybe times have changed). Call them up and explain what happened.
