i mostly play games, Q3 in particular. I've tried Win2k and had problems with it. I don't think its a good gaming platform or at least not the best. Might you know what causes these MSHTML.DLL errors?

There are oodles of different versions of IE 5.5 out there. If you have 5.50.4134.0100, you need to go to www.microsoft.com/windows/ie and snag 5.50.41.34.0600. The problem stems from XML tags, XSL files, window.open("URL", "rightframe") calls, anchor tags, multiple domains, phases of the moon, the status of Martin Short's acting career, and a lots of other wack freakydeaky factors that will make you fall on your knees and thank God that you weren't the poor SOB assigned by Micro$oft to track this down.

If you want the gory details, scoot on over to The Microsoft Knowledge Base, select Windows ME in the "My search is about" box, select "Specific Article ID Number" in the next list, and enter Q265244 in the question field. Failing that, do a keyword search on mshtml.dll and check out the 2nd article.

Somebody set up us the WindowsME!
all your knowledge base are belong to us.
