I'm getting into the whole St. Patrick's Day spirit

I just started a 3-lb. corned beef in the crock pot. It should be finished right about the time I wake up tomorrow, and I'll have it for dinner tomorrow night. Then on St. Patrick's Day I'll be going out to dinner with some friends from work.

Not Irish (but my girlfriend is ). I just like the food. Besides, Jewish people like me are famous for corned beef too!
