I'm getting into the whole St. Patrick's Day spirit

I just started a 3-lb. corned beef in the crock pot. It should be finished right about the time I wake up tomorrow, and I'll have it for dinner tomorrow night. Then on St. Patrick's Day I'll be going out to dinner with some friends from work.

Green :beer: all around. 🙂

Not Irish (but my girlfriend is 🙂). I just like the food. Besides, Jewish people like me are famous for corned beef too!
