i'm getting fat!

...pants getting tighter and i feel more bloated, jiggly and slow.
i'm feeling tight in my 28 waist pants as 29 seem to be a better fit now.

-libido decreasing
-hotness decreasing
-slowly larding out

i bought this and after less than 10 uses it snapped. POS...wonder if there's anyway i can complain to amazon and get another one..

I went from a 32-34 in the last year, when I am buying pants I pick up the 32's still my gf says im in denial

I'd murder for a 29 inch waist. I wear 34 waist jeans.

dunno what else to do...as it is i eat a light breakfast, a 300calorie lunch(lean cuisine variety), a 500cal dinner...

maybe i need a more intense exercise routine. its always dark by the time i get home so going for a run is usually out of the question.

Oh Geez, I'm 6'3" and was 190lbs with a 30" waist until I got married a year and a half ago.... now I'm 230lbs with a 36" waist
