Whats is better .. one stick of CMX512-4000PRO or TWINX512-4000PT ..

I am planning to overclock my 2.4 P4 CPU .. moderately with a Zalman .. and not sure if it better to get one stick of 512 or 2 matched sticks of 256 !!
