You may instability problems with your GF2 MX. MX's and KT133 chipsets don't seem to mix really well. You can get rid of most instabilities (if any even occur) my raising the I/O voltage and manually setting the AGP driving value in BIOS.

I don't have a MSI though so I really can't say for certain...

Also...KT133 boards sometimes don't like cheap (read crappy) memory. My board doesn't like cheap memory. By cheap memory I mean stuff like bargain bin 128 MB PC133 DIMM's that sell for $50. Remember, with memory you get what you pay for when you buy retail. I personally am a Mushkin "fanboy" because they make great memory and their customer service/support is first class, but Crucial (Micron direct), Corsair, Kingmax (and some others) also make pretty good stuff.

My KT7 does not like Maxtor HD's but MSI's don't have that problem as far as I've heard.

You may run into some IRQ conflicts with your soundcard, the SB16 Emulation (cant share IRQ channel) to be exact. If this happens just try moving the card to different PCI slot or manually set the IRQ from safe mode (physically moving the card is more straight forward).

Hope this is helpful. Enjoy your new system!

PSST!! - get more memmory.:)
