I'm getting a tic under my left eye

I have had this for about a month now. Only happens with the dominant eye. I think it is a potassium deficiency. Eat a few bananas or something high in potassium. This worked for me in the past, but I just havent done it yet this time.

A depletion of magnesium. You could easily be depleted of it when under stress. Consider increasing your dietary intake.

Maybe it was magnesium instead of potassium. Are bananas a good source of magnesium?

GET SOME SLEEP!

Yeah, that and stress. I get them sometimes, not lately. It's usually my left eye as well. Everything bad that happens to me happens on my left side, with few exceptions. Take, GW Bush for instance, he trashed my left side. 😛
