Don't you work for MS? If not, sorry. But if so, couldn't you get that remote from them?

well i sold my p4 1.5 ghz with a ti4200 for $400 and a bunch of other random junk hardware around the house for another $450 bucks so after all my spring computer cleaning i made like $850 which i added to my budget of $1K so i got a nice computer that i could play games on as well as do media center stuff.

you should get an amd 64, the performance boost over a p4 is amazing...also some claim to overclock their A64 3200+ up to 2.8-3.0GHz :Q

also, DDR2 doesn't give too much of a performance boost over DDR yet...

P4 is perfect for a MPC. Did you pick up a copy of MPC 2005?

I'm running a P4 2.8 and MPC2005...very slick program. The remote is great.
