I'm getting a 0.900 VDDC value in gpu-z...

... As I understand, that's the vcore value the way my BIOS reads it, although I don't really understand why it should be different between BIOS and MSI Afterburner, which reads 1.000 vcore.

that GPU-z shot suggests the card is currently in 2D settings, open up GPU-z and check those readings and then opening up and run something like Furmark and see what happens to those same readings

Afterburner should only affect 3D voltage
