I'm gettin tired of this: Error in CS

It happens after a few minutes of gameplay, every frickin time.

Anyone know what's up? btw, this is on a lappy, winxp sp2

Does gameplay keep going after the error, or does it just disconnect?

No, that didn't work. And the game disconnects.
