I'm gettin cable and I need help

Ok So I'm getting ATT cable internet axs and want to buy my own router. ATT lists theses as acceptable devices:

Also I got a bunch of these darn belkin NIC Cards but the seems they can't output much on a 100mbit.(I could only upload around 200K on a 100mbit network) any suggestions on the NIC's?

In some ways I'd like to make my home wireless but i'm not quite sure yet, if I could do both that'd be cool. Can I get some suggestions please, I don't really have much of a money constraint but I'm limited to larger computer chains like Best Buy and Circuit City and Comp USA.

I am happy with my Motorola so I would suggest that. As far as NICs go I like stuff based on the Realtek chipset. They hvae given my great performance over the three years I have been using them. Realtek based for $9 from a great company to deal with.

You said you wanted to buy your own router, but the devices you listed I believe are all modems. The modem I'm using is the Best Data CMX110 right now with great results. As far as a router, I use a Netgear RT314, it was easily set up and seems to be reliable. I also use a Realtek NIC in one of my boxes, that seems to work well too.
I saw a deal at Fry's I believe for a Motorola cable modem for $49 when you sign up with AT&T.

I like my LNE100TXs - there are probably better ethernet cards out there, but they have worked well for me.
