Having read that muscle is the best weapon against aging, I got myself a trainer. His name is Roger Scott and he?s a meathead, albeit a thoughtful and well educated one, and I?ve been lifting with Roger for little over a year. I?ve put on quite a bit of muscle mass in that time and Roger seems pleased with the way my arms are ?coming in? but what Roger hasn?t noticed is that I?m fairly ripped all over. My abs are quite nice, my obliques are defined and efficient, my butt?well it?s just spectacular.

Does that make you horny?

I like his show as much as the next guy, but I wouldn't be able to bring myself to reading his blog on a regular basis.
