I may have diabetes!

How do I know this? I've been tired lately (headache) and it's really abnormal. Plus, it runs in the family. I know, I might be over-reacting, but the last two times I was in to the doctors office, they ran blood tests, so I emailed my doctor (like.. 4 minutes ago) and asked if the blood sugar level was over 140mg/dl, if it is (at or above) then I have diabetes! :Q She'll get back to me tomorrow I hope.


I think I'm over-reacting, but it's really scary to be faced with that. My dad had it, and his dad had it too.
I'm in great shape (6'1", 165lbs) and I eat alright, but this is really scaring me 🙁
 
Whoa! A random blood glucose of 200 or more would suggest diabetes. RELAX.
Someone says to me that they have a headache, I don't say BINGO- diabetes!
BTW transient elevations in blood sugar can be caused by many, more innocuous things. Again, breath deep and relax.
