ive spec'd out two pc's for two different things. i need a server (ftp hosting) and a main rig that i will be playing games on mostly. Heres what i have come up with:

Main Rig:

Amd 64 3200/3400+ 754 - might need heatsink
Geil ultra x 1gig pc3200 memory
dfi lanparty uk nf3 250gb 754 motherboard
HIS ATi X800 XT PE IceQ 2 AGP graphics card
Coolermaster stacker with side window (blue) no psu
Coolermaster stacker 4in3 device and cross flow fan
OC Z Power stream 520W PSU
Pioneer DVD-Rom (black)
Pioneer DVR 108 DVD-RW (black)

Server Rig:

NF7-S Rev 2 nforce 2 board
geil 512mb of pc3200 value ram
200 gig IDE
1.44mb floppy drive
pioneer 16x dvd rom drive
antec plus 660AMG metallic gray mini tower case + 330w true power PSU
an amd xp mobile cpu (anything from 2400 to 2600)
thermalright ALX 800 heatsink
zalman ZMF1 80mm silent case fan (for heatsink)

now i'd appreate some advice, as im unsure on a few things..
the main rig, i was thinking of getting the cheaper 3200 754 cpu because of the cost difference. Would i notice any difference in the two cpu's? if not, would i be better off saving the money and perhaps try overclocking it a bit?... as with regards to the heatsink and fan, what would be best for either or them?
i'd like a little advice on the memory as well.. is the geil the best to get or is there another make that i should consider or just buy instead? i was thinking about corsair or even oc z stuff..
for the psu, people are recommending me the antec true power 480w.. would this be a better power supply to get?

as for the server, is that overkill or is that going to be more than enough? it would be for hosting games, hosting an ftp site and just generally being on all the time but i would like it as quiet as possible and to be as cheap as possible! any thoughts or suggestions? i think i might be able to swap out my current rig (xp1800 + 512mbs + g4 ti 4200) with a duron @ 1200mhz, 512mbs and a g2 mx.. that would do wouldnt it for a server?

thanks ever so much for all the help and advice, muchly appreated :) i look forward to all the advice!!
