Hall of the Mountain King is not very evil... unless your idea of evil is little furry goblins running around making wooden robots and shite. If you really want melodramatic evil sounding rockish music, check out Children of Bodom, At the Gates, early In Flames. Slayer and ACDC are pretty tame really. There's also the Misfits, but they don't really sound evil.
