I'm facing a problem using PC3200 RAM

As i've posted yesterday that i bought a new PC. I had PC2700 RAMs initially. But today i tried to change it to PC3200. But i've faced a problem. When i inserted a PC3200 RAM the system started acting like a mad system. It shutted down without any reason and it restarted itself 3/4 times. Then i again put my PC2700 RAMS and it became smooth. CAN YOU HELP ME??????????😱
