I don't know what % is fat vs water, but I feel thinner, and I can even do my belt up one extra notch.
I've been eating 6 smaller meals a day, I walk about 5 miles a day and drink about 2 litres of water a day.
A question:
My water levels have never seemed to fluctuate much, never more than 1 or 2 lbs ina day.
If I'm drinking so much water, how would I be losing "water weight"?
