I'm done ordering from Omaha Steaks

I've always been happy with their products in the past, but just this last order is driving me nuts. Ever since I received the package two months ago (my first order in a year), I get called CONSTANTLY from them trying to sell me more items. I just checked my caller ID (which was cleared about 3 weeks ago) and I see they called 12 times in the past three weeks. I keep telling them to remove my name and stop calling, but they keep at it.

I just got off the phone for the second time today.

I like the product, but its no way near worth the hassle.

my dad orders from there quite a bit, since he lives alone and is not much of a cook. i have as well in the past a couple times, and yeah the calls get a bit excessive. my dad just hangs up on them straight away.

i got called at 9 AM on saturday morning once, i was pretty pissed off at the time. typically tho the calls are once a month or so for me. not sure why it varies from person to person.

What do they say when you voice your frustration?

They will keep calling anyways, might as well as keep ordering from them lol.

Call them and tell them that you are a loyal customer but you will no longer do business with them and will recommend that everyone stays away from them due to their aggressive phone calls. Worst case scenario, you feel better and don't use them anymore. Best case scenario, they stop calling and give you a gift certificate.

Just give them a fake number.

Their hot dogs are seriously the best ever. All beef franks that are x2 the size of those gigantic Johnsonville Brats even.

There must be a screwup with their telecom or marketing dept. They have a database that that their lead system references if they have a fancy voip system. Either no agents check the 'do not call' box, or the software is messed up.
If it is low tech, like a spreadsheet on a share, that's easy to fix. It just needs one higher up to yell at everyone.
